Never opens on time- customer service is beyond RUDE!!!! They always have a long wait and the staff on hand is poorly trained! Love Comcast service but by far this is the worst location to take care of any business!

These people suck. The number listed here is for a fax machine and when I call i-800-XFINITY, they keep me on hold for 30 minutes and then disconnect me. I hate COMCAST-TERRIBLENESS customer service.

As others have commented, call to 610-323-6400 Sandy Hill Road location doesn't go through on my land line. On my iPhone it sounds like a busy signal as long as you stay on the line.
