Hi everyone my name is Greg and my aunt that mean the world to me was taken advantage in this home depot store inwest Hempstead front st. She had problems with her refrigerator and what I recommended to her was to buy one from home depot. Today they had her remove all her food from the refrigerator and the delivery man went in and told her that he couldn't leave the fridge because he was missing a part to install water line but if she wants he'll come back later and charge her for the install.she told him "No" just to leave the fridge and he took off with the fridge and left her without the a refrigerator and all the food on the counter now is spoiled. My 73 yr old aunt with heart condition went to the store and they couldn't help her so her only Choice was to cancel the order cause no one will help her with this problem. Home depot on front st beware customers don't buy any appliances that need installation. They don't help you they just take your money.
