BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST McDONALDS IN THE NATION!
ORDERED 2 Southern Style Crispy Chicken Sandwich received 2 McChicken. The sales girl was too interested in having a conversation with other employees & and another guess to get the order. Asked her about the order mix up she said she thought I wanted the "Dollar Sandwich". She then went and got a manager to speak to me. As the manager & I started to converse, she very rudely interrupted us and tried to say it was my fault. I guess overpaid McDump employees are always right and the customer is always wrong! I live in Buchanan and will never return to this McDump and will avoid McDs for a long time.
I hope the owner of this franchisee starts to take an active role in training.
