I went to McDonalds 3433 Ave of the Cities tonight to get a cone thru the drive up. I arrived at 11 pm. Both lanes were not moving up. In my lane I was #1 behind a car who was waiting and waiting for service, it was 20 minutes before the girl took their order. Still nobody was moving. 50 some cars drove thru seeing the traffic jam deciding to go elsewhere. When I got to order the time was now 11:25. Nobody ever came to take my money at the first window but did for others ahead of me. Still wedged in line, another customer, cussing and ranting, got out to check what the jam up was and managed to get backed out of line after ordering and left. Several did the same in the 2nd lane too. I received my ice cream cone at 12:07 am. This is the only McDinalds in this area that can't keep up with their orders. I go to all locations regularly. This store is very slow serving its customers in the 10am time of day also. I have had to wait 10 minutes before for one egg biscuit, but tonight was unacceptable. Very poor management . I would appreciate that my complaint be passed on to corporate for resolution of a seriously incompetent work team! I will never go back!
