I visited your store on Sunday, September 28, 2014 to get flowers for a friend. I was helped at the florist counter by a lady named Shaun. She had just finished making a beautiful arrangement of roses for a senior gentleman and then assisted me. She did a really nice job of arranging the gladiolas I was buying. I felt she went to extra trouble for me. She politely refused the tip I offered her. She also helped me with flowers once a couple months ago. I felt a comment was in order. She's a great employee! Good for Ralph's for having such helpful and pleasant people!
