This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL location that i've EVER been to! Outside of the "Horse Play" going on inside, the outside grounds were unsanitary and in HORRIBLE condition:( I visited this location in February of 2014.My ENTIRE order was a mess! Old food, incorrect items and the cashier short changed me!! I called back promptly after noticing that my order was incorrect and spoke with a "Manager".I made him aware of their errors and he stated "I COULD NOT return to have the order replaced or money refunded due to fact "They too were busy".
But "If I was in the area, I could return to have the order replaced".I made him aware that I didn't live nearby and it would be MONTHS before I returned to this side of town.He reassured me that it was ok.. July of 2014 i came back that way and
explained to the current manager the ENTIRE story. He first laughed in my face then shortly hung up on me. After engaging in some sort of GAME that he and the co-workers were playing they then started to mock me while insinuating that I was trying to "Get something for free". I asked is/was their any "Replacement Window" where they only have a certain time when they stand by their word on replacing food and he said "No". I repeatedly asked him "What should I do" he just hung up:(
