The drive through line time is ridiculous. I won't be back. Probably neither will the 2 cars behind me that backed out and left. Whatever money you are saving in payroll you are losing more in business. I was in line for nearly 20 minutes with only 5 cars in front of me. There are too many other places close by to sit in a drive through line for this amount of time.
