The only person to ask if I needed help was at the door. I walked buy numerous people and no one asked if I needed help. I was looking at Vacumes for approximately 20 minutes and was never asked if I needed help. I was seriously interested in buying one but I received no help. I walk with a cane and have serious back problems and cane not lift it myself. No one helped me.
