Don't go to this Pep boys, The Manager Robert W. & Andrew employees, are very rude, they harass the customer's! I was there to speak with an employee after he was off the clock and as I was leaving, I looked in the rear view mirror Andrew was making faces and waving sarcastically at me, so I backed up and got out of my car and asked him if he had a problem. He stood with his arms crossed and said you have 2 minutes to get out of this parking lot or he would call the police, I asked him would he like me to call for him, I am the customer and I parked my car and didn't leave. I told them both I was going to report them. I would also advise doing drug testing on everyone there! If he hadn't done this, there would be no problem.
