A friend and I went to your store at 8:30pm on the date of 09/07/15, on this day I called thirty minutes before arriving to your store to place a order for three subs. When we arrived the subs were not ready only one so my friend Rosemary Moore asked how much longer, the deli attendant was rudely ignoring us chatting with a manager with curly black hair so my friend said how about more customer satisfaction and less chatting( s h i t )I have to go. The manager he was talking to said no swearing, and my friend said sorry.It ended until we started conversing again and the manager got out of hand and ask was it something more we wanted to say like we were talking about her.I could not believe the way she handled customers at all she asked us to leave and not purchase anything by this time the deli attendant was done she told him throw them away.A elderly couple behind us left too they said they have come to shop here for years and never saw such poor customer service ever they also thought she was not manager material. I will no longer shop there thank you. I hope to find another publix close its not the store its the employees. Publix is the best hands down.
