I called at 6:53pm to find out if my package had been delivered because i recieved a notice on my door that UPS had missed me. The women who answered place me on hold until 7:05 when the call was disconnected. Instead of just letting me know if my package had arrived she placed me on hold until the facility closed at 7 and hung up. I find that really rude and horrible customer services. She could have honestly told me the package had not arrived yet and that would have taken care of the call.
