On April 10, 2014, I came home with my takeout order to find that for the THIRD time in as many weeks, they didn't give me items that I paid for. I called up the restaurant. I spoke to Latoya McEwan, the manager, and asked her TWICE how hard is it for them to put a burger in a bag and told her this was the third time. She was sweet as pie, told me to bring my receipt back with me next time and said TWICE "I'm going to replace your entire order, ma'am." She didn't take my name, just said to "just tell them you spoke to Latoya." Well, 11 days later, today, my husband went in with the receipt to redeem her promise and Latoya herself said she never said that! Apparently she lies just to get upset customers off the phone. I refuse to pay the salary of a LIAR and we are THROUGH with this place. I cannot even express how disgusted and angry I am.
