I had gone to Wendy's on Second street in Manchester, NH to get dinner for my son. I had ordered a kids meal cheeseburger w/ ketchup only, fries and a root beer. I had also ordered a baconator fry, 2 jr. cheeseburger deluxe and a crispy chicken blt. Originally, I got in the drive-thru like about 740pm and did not leave from this experience until just after 830pm. At first, I was handed a kids meal w/ 2 4-piece nuggets in it, 4 sauce packets and a drink for the kid's meal. I was told to have a good night and the window was shut. I waited for the female to come back to the window and told her the order was incorrect and stated what the order was supposed to be. Then I was handed the kids meal which I checked, and it was correct. I was then handed the 2nd bag w/ the baconator fries and 2 of the 3 sandwiches in it. I received a chicken sandwich w/ mayo which was incorrect and 1 of the jr cheeseburger deluxe which was correct. When handing back the chicken sandwich I was told that was what I had ordered which I stated was not what I had ordered and was still missing the 2nd jr cheeseburger deluxe. I was told I had only order 1 of those. I had restated my entire order and the 2 sandwiches were handed back to me. The crispy chicken BLT had mayo and what looked like crumbled up slice of bacon and looked gross (this sandwich is supposed to have mayo, bacon, lettuce and tomato). The 2nd jr cheeseburger deluxe had onion and mayo on it (supposed to have pickles, tomatoes, onions, lettuce and ketchup). When questioning this I was told I only ordered 1 of the jr cheeseburger deluxe and the bacon was just crumbled. It looked horrible and I would not serve it to my children to which the food was for. I asked more than once for my money back and finally when I was able to get it back was told to give back the change, I received from the $20.00 I used to pay for my order. I stated that I had already added to the rest of my money and asked again for my money back. During all this there was a male in the background calling me a "f$%^ing moron" and saying that I was "f#$%ing stupid" and just wanted to "complain" I was told that the 2 females (1 working the window and 1 packing the food into bags) were both managers and the one packing the food I believe stated her name was Kathy (I was upset so I could be wrong), I was not given the female working the window (taking orders and payments) name nor the male who felt it ok to insult and degrade a customer his name either. When asked for the corporate phone number was told to "find it online". I reminded these employees that they clearly forgot where their paychecks come from as without the customers there would be no business to keep their place of employment open and therefore, they would not have a job.
